CLM’s Digital team offers BIM design and technical consultancy to support projects from the earliest design stages. Utilising our proprietary Revit plugin – Nexus - we can identify non-compliances, clashes and spatial conflicts. This eliminates design risks before construction begins, with automated guidance for compliance and approved firestopping details applied directly to models. Clients will therefore benefit from greater cost certainty and improved coordination across disciplines for safer, more efficient design.
Install
CLM delivers fully-accredited passive fire protection installations across major projects nationwide, including structural steel protection, firestopping and penetration sealing, slab edge, cavity barriers and fire doors. We strive to uphold the highest standards of fire protection installation, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability and continuous improvement.
